Walmart Card Approved (Pre-Qualify Link)

(Edited to add the prequalify link, sorry! Again, when I used the desktop, it went to the regular apply page, but when I used my phone as someone on another post suggested previously, it went to the prequalify page. Hope this helps!

It didn't work for me on the desktop, but I tried the link on my iphone and it did go to a preapproval page. I put my info in and it showed "congratulations, you're preapproved...." (did not give an SL amount at this point) and the button to continue my application. I wanted this card when I only had the WM store card but was never approved so I went for it even though I burned Synch with the WM store card. I was instantly approved for $1K and it stated the card would arrive in 7-10 days.

Now, here are some data points of mine: the WM store card I had was with Synch when I filed chp7 and was transferred to Cap1 while in Bk7. On the other hand, I also (sadly) had burned Cap1 for two of their cards for about $7K and they instantly approved me for the platinum 10 months post discharge so could be they're just the great and forgiving (I had never missed a payment on either card in all the years I'd had them). YMMV, but if you're having issues finding the preapproval on desktop, etc. you may want to at least try the link on your phone.

Thank you all. For whatever it's worth, after I received the instant approval, at the bottom is stated that the card would arrive in 7-10 days and would need to be activated before it could be used and that I would have to use an alternate method of payment until then and there was a 'Continue Shopping' button right after that. Now I wish I would have clicked on that button to see if it was a particular store because it was very much like a shopping cart situation. I had not been shopping though, I only clicked on the link that had been posted in here.

Thank You for sharing . I found a pre approval link on a WalletHub review and click on the pre approval for the Walmart card .

I filed out the form and hit click . There I was pre approved for the Mastercard Version . I completed the app and much to my surprised I was approved for a $3000 limit. It's my biggest starting limit since my rebuild . They pull three bureau's but it was worth it since my other 2 Cap 1 cards are toy limits.
