Navy cashRewards CLI

Hi everyone. Apologies in advance if this topic isn't in the appropriate section.

I have a question. Long story very short, I just requested and received a small CLI that pushed me over a $5K SL on my cashRewards card. Is Navy going to automatically issue me a Signature version of the card or is that something that I will need to request? Or does the status just change but the card doesn't?

NFCU will issue a new card. Be patient, it may take a minute. Congratulations on the CLI!

I probably should have asked for a larger amount since it is my understanding that Navy is usually giving $4K right now. Honestly, this CLI came about for no other reason than seeing where my relationship with Navy stands. Once I get back to work, I may have the nerve to ask for a larger CLI but I didn't feel like my chances were very good getting the small CLI I asked for, especially once the request went into review. Either way, Navy has done more for me without employment in 6 months than my other lenders have over years of full time employment.
