Chase Sapphire Preferred Approved!!

First post!
Reading the forums for quite awhile and found great help on here! I wanted to let people know who's had this issue, I applied for the CSP on Saturday and got the "we'll let you know our decision at later time" I kept calling the application status number and it went from "2 weeks" to "7-10 days" I immediately thought I was denied.. so I decided to wait till Monday, called in and they had be go into a chase branch which I did! The banker there, took copies of my ID and sent it in and was instantly approved on the spot! This is my 4th chase card! So if anyone comes across that "we'll let you know.." message just call in and verify your identity!

and Now Chase Sapphire Preferred!

34% uti at time of application

Had a high balance on both Marriott and southwest cards

CSP is the only Chase card that I have for now. I'm in the garden until December in order to get my utilization down to single digits. Then I'll revisit the Chase cards.
