saw a few CLI successes, said they were SP but nope not for me was at 7k many years, as for 4500 got every penny. got many clis and a new FNBO this month, maybe 30k... scores mid600s only one baddie bk7 f/2013

Congrats on the CLI, but sadly you were misinformed about the pull. Some cards issued by Citi Retail Service like the Sears and Macy's cards do soft pull CLIs but the Home Depot card does not - always expect a HP and if something slips through the cracks and gets reported as a SP rejoice in your luck.
