Citi Custom Cash approval. No welcome email?

I was approved, instantly, for the Custom Cash yesterday morning (about 36 hours ago) and haven't received any sort of correspondence from Citi. No welcome email or anything.

This is my first Citi card so just wasn't sure if maybe that's normal for Citi.

I got a welcome e-mail fro citi a few hours after being immediately approved for the custom cash card.

I would give it a little more time before you receive your welcome email. The welcome email for my Costco Visa wasn't received instantly despite being an instant approval. You also might want to check your spam folder.

Congratulations on your approval!!! Citi is really hit or miss on the emails. I have had instants and no emails at all with them. I would contact customer service if you feel the need to talk to someone.

EDIT: Do you have any DP's you would be willing to share? They are always appreciated.

Thanks! I checked my spam folder and nothing. I called in to double check I was truly approved. The CSR confirmed - $9,900 SL. She confirmed my email address and said she wasn't sure why I didn't get the email 🤷🏻‍♂️
