Duck card help!

Hi everyone! I'm a long time lurker and I've been reading this site avidly for a few months.
I was hoping someone could tell me what this means? I applied for the duck card this morning, noticed that they pulled my EQ report inspite of me having a FA so I called them. The rep mentioned that she could see a FA and would call me back on the number listed so she did. She then proceeded to ask me to verify 2 items on my CR along with my address and told me that I would get something in the mail. I asked if I was approved or declined and she said that I would either get my card r a decline letter in the mail.

Is there no way to tell if I've been approved?? Or do you guys think I've been declined?

Just a guess, the rep may not have the authority to make a decision with a fraud alert on the report, so the decsion may require the involvement of someone more senior. I don't think there is a way to check status other than wait.

With the FA on your report and now they have verified it's you. It more then likely has to be reviewed before giving you a yes or no.

Just wait for the standard review process to take its course. AFAIK, they do not have a reconsideration channel or analyst that you can talk to unlike NFCU, Barclay's, Chase, BOA or even Citi.

I have a 700 fico. AAoA: 3 years. Highest limit showing 5K, 6 Inq, 2x 30 day lates, 7 % util

Interesting, so they're good with lates. Do you mind sharing your income?

I was approved for $15k (highest limit showing was $18k),

743 EQ,

1 inq,

AAoA 3 years

4% util

No negs

Income $75k

Are folks able to register the card online if non-member, otherwise how to make payments, track spending, etc?

With their high limits I'm curious about income too. Hubby is about 24k and I'm 53k year. Our highest limit is currently 7500.

The website is basic. I registered and have no other relationship with them but havent found any spend analyzer or anything fancy.

Also, I havent heard of them requiring income docs except for trishN who I believe was getting a CLI to ~$50k
