Congrats on the approval!!! The garden is a good place to chill. Let those cards age.

The $1k limit suggests it was just squeaking in the Amex door. Show them good habits and it will grow. You may not see a CLI until derogs are gone, and EX 8 improves. Enjoy those new cards!!!

Congrats! When they start you that low that means your card will grow very very very slow. I've had one for about 2 yrs and they never give me a CLI. So please be prepared for that

Have you been able to receive any other cards from them ? That is my ultimate goal, get my foot in until my scores reach about 680-720 and then bam get a Gold Charge card . That's my dream card don't care for anything else but that.

Luckily both my cards charged off at the same time , so according to my TransUnion and Experian CR , they are both scheduled to fall off around April 22. With that being said I plan on staying in the garden until those fall off and then I will see if I can get a pre approval for Amex Gold.

Congrats on the approvals, Delta gold was my first amex in 2018 with the same SL, I only just recently got a CLI (last month) from them without asking. Just put good spend on it you.

NFCU wanted me to build a relationship before they offer any unsecured products . I applied for the platinum card on day 1 of membership . My adverse action was basically saying not enough accounts with them in different wording . So I opened a ssecured card with them .

Nice, just saw yesterday I was pre-qualified for it, similiar scores. I didnt apply, I'm waiting until my scores get to the 670's-680's to see if I qualify for the Gold.
