2nd Amex CLI with BK Reporting

Just got my 2nd Amex CLI with my Ch 7 reporting. Many DP's here suggest that this is not possible and I was so shocked after the 1st one that I didn't take screenshots. Fico 8 in app 726. $3k>9k>15k. Only asked for $15k. It may be important to note that Amex denied all my requests until after my Ch 7 had past the 7 yr mark.

Good to know. I've been shot down every time for a CLI. December will mark 7 yrs since my BK7 so I guess I'll try again then

Congrats on your CLI! I too am in a similar boat. I don't have a BK reporting, but I have 4 settled and 1 unpaid charge-off on my Experian report. It's been about 4.5 years. They keep denying me for my score being to low (682 is the highest they have said no to). Anyway, I noticed that they stopped mentioning the negative items on my denial letters after those items were 4 years old. Not, they are denying me for a low score, inquiries, and utilization. Anyway, I think they do have set time limits for certain things. I think it's 4 years for derogatory items that aren't a bankruptcy.
