Citi Custom Cash and FNBO Evergreen approvals

long time lurker, first time poster

Anyway thanks to this forum I found out about the FNBO Evergreen card and the Citi Custom Cash. I was going to wait until the new year to apply since I just closed on my house on Oct. 22nd but I got impatient

So last night I applied for both cards within about 15 minutes or so and got a $4,500 SL on the Custom Cash and $10,000 SL on the Evergreen.

I apped for the CC to use as my gas card and the Evergreen is going to be my "general spend" card.

I already have a Citi Double Cash and I waited patiently for Citi to allow PCs from the DC to the CC but it doesn't look like that is going to happen and honestly I want to keep my DC as I have managed to grow it from a $500 SL to $9,500 so far. As a sidenote I also had no idea "product changes" were a thing until I found this forum. I Found out about this place after wanting to look at my credit reports and scores before applying for my mortgage and after the fact I found the "community" tab and it's been pretty eye opening.

Current total CL as of this morning is $60,650 on yearly income of $65,000. Credit scores are in the 750-800 range.

I'll be in the garden for a while now as so far this year I have opened 4 revolving accounts, a car loan and the mortgage.

Previous approvals this year were Sychrony Car Care and Capital One Quicksilver, $1,500 SL (current CL is $4,500) on the SyncB and $10,000 SL on the QS. Other than I started my credit rebuild with Cap1 I wouldn't have apped for the QS but at least I got the SUB. It'll be replaced by the Evergreen once it gets here.

I also have learned that I don't need to open any more SyncB accounts. I have two now and there won't be another.

Previous Experian inqueries;

1/31/21 for Chase Amazon Visa CLI

8/20/21 for Cap1 QS card

8/21/21 for mortgage

Thanks to members of this forum. I probably would have stuck with my Cap1 QS card/Citi DC and been happy otherwise.

Always best to tread lightly with Synchrony and Comenity when you have decent CLs with them.

Congrats for your all approvals including mortgage and auto loan. Yes, this community helps me a lot to regarding credit applications of what to apply and what to avoid so that I wouldn't run into some issues.
