BoA CLI - Don't give up on them

Just got a huge CLI from BoA which has me shocked.... $10K! And to think this was a card suck at 2500 for YEARS.

CLI requests 91 days from last increase, and all of them this year. New limit $25K

03/28/21 - 2500 cli

06/27/21 - 3900 cli

09/27/21 - 6100 cli

12/27/21 - 10000 cli

Interestingly, this last one was instant, no counter which means I probably left $$ on the table, AND my TU score had dropped 30 points since last request due to new TL's and PIF auto loan which reported as closed. TU 764

Minimal spend actually... from July through last month...$0 spend. There's a $450 balance from my AU who had a car repair emergency (I'm the primary cardholder)

Thanks for the reply. Another Q since I've been being denied on my BOA CLI requests... do you have other cards with the bank?

My TU8 at last request was 780 but they are saying too many accounts recently. I added 3 cards in Jan and 2 in July.

I have just one CC with them, and honestly I was expecting denial due to the new accounts now reporting, but maybe they saw the new limits and recent CLI's on my other TL's and are trying to be competitive lol :-)
