DH and I have been in Macy's Jail for at least 3 years now... When went through financial hardship (not including Macy's) they decreased the store limit to $100 and the Amex limit to $300... This was from $25,000!.

I checked last year and they said no to CLI because of other Citi account performance.

Today, they instantly countered over the phone (online said I had to call) of $1500 on both store and AMEX.

Store = $1600

Amex = $1800
