Apparently I'm not blacklisted by Citi & I'm going back to the garden now!

On a whim when I should be firmly in the garden I applied for an Exxon gas credit card. (just the regular one) It's backed by Citi & I had my Sears CC (also backed by Citi) go to charge off & then to Portfolio Recovery about 1 1/2 years ago. Settled for less than the full amount so I figured Citi would never speak to me again. Anyway was approved for $300. I'm in shock & firmly planted back in the garden now. No idea my EQ score but TU (pulled on here) is 585 & EX (from lender denial letter) is 603.

ETA I found out my EQ score is 580.

Awesome! It feels nice to not be on the blacklist. I was on Chase's list for a while but finally talked them into a CSP so I could re-establish a relationship. Congrats and treat this card well and good things can come of it.
