Does anyone know how to check waiting list status?

I was on the waiting list but can't find my status anymore

Also curious if X1 works with PNC bank?

PNC bought BBVA/Simple which was my old bank that worked with plaid but now it seems PNC doesn't work with Plaid which sucks big time.

X1 credit card application said couldnt verify income

So I applied to X1 card, went through the motions, linked my bank(PNC) it said it couldn't verify income and gave an option to send bank statements. I clicked that and it said they received the bank statements even though I didn't do anything other than click that option.

Anyone else went through this or something like this?

Kind of lost and x1 support email never answers me

Any tips on the next best step would be great

update, got approved for almost $20k

They are really legit, wow, highest personal card was $5k with tomo so this is great.

I got the CC numbers instantly and physical card is shipping. One thing I didn't get though and hope I dont get is the hard pull. If I didn't get it instantly on Experian, is it safe to say I avoided the hard pull?

What are other peoples experiences with x1 hard pulls?

So that the community can learn about your update, how did you get them to approve it? You mentioned you hadn't heard from them via email since PNC didn't work w/Plaid and you were going to submit POI?

Yes, PNC plaid failed(I used to be BBVA before PNC bought them, not sure if that matters). So I emailed 2 of my latest bank statements pdf to income@x1.co and they quickly responded with approval.

One thing I should note, is the estimated delivery for physical card is over 1 week as they say they have high demand. It's via FedEx

Congrats for your X1 approval. They sent by e-mail for the approval. For my case, I wish I didn't use plaid for income verifications because I have incomes coming in on different banks. By the time I able to pull them together in pdf forms, they approved me by only one bank account. So far, they didn't reply me to any of my request. Anyway, it is done and over with but I am happy at least they approved me. It has been 9 days since they approved me and so far I haven't receive any HP yet. There is no alert on myfico.com or creditkarma. Maybe in next few days or next month. I am pretty sure I will get a HP sometime later.

I didn't get one, but I've seen comments from others where they got hit with a hard pull a few days afterwards - still not sure if there's any rhyme or reason.

Still worth it for me but wish it was avoidable

Aw bummer, I jinxed ya there!
