You get a CLI...everybody gets a CLI!

I've been gardening for about 18 months. My TU just hit 815; EQ 800; EX 805. I was previously at TU 740; EQ 715; EX 723. I just requested a CLI for my Citi Prestige, and went from $5000 to $6500. Figuring I couldn't go wrong, I requested a CLI from my Overstock card and went from $4000 to $7000. Gathering my courage, I applied for an Apple card and was approved with CL $12,000. I then applied for the Chase Freedom Unlimited, and was approved for $9000. It's my first Chase card, and I hope to get a Sapphire card with them after some time in the garden.

Finally, I applied for an AMEX Business Green, and was approved. I just back into the AMEX fold during my last foray from the garden. I did not get an inquiry when I applied, so I am also pretty happy about that.

Looks like I'm back in the garden for another couple of years. Just wanted to share my excitement. Also, I thank everyone for the great advice. I've been reading steadily, and it's paid off.

I tried to get Cap1 to increase my CL on my QS, but they said that my account is not eligible for requested CLI's. I guess that means it is bucketed? I have a $2500 CL, but no increase since I received it 3 years ago.

Wait, I didn't get a CLI! I got tricked by the clickbait title.

Seriously though congrats on the CLIs and the new approvals. With that starting line, your Sapphire (Preferred?) goal shouldn't be an issue. Keep an eye on the Offers for You tab in your Chase account for a green checkmark or black star preapproval.
