I received my first ever Discover CLI just last month. As referenced here.

I hit the luv button today as it's been 31 days since the last CLI. Discover offered another $1,500, which I accepted. I only spend in the 5% catergories and I maxed out this quarter back in February. Discover did send a targeted offer of 5% off of $500 spend at Amazon.com. I maxed out that offer and it was the only spend on the card in March.

Will try for another increase next month.
