Chase Auto-CLI Train - Amazon Visa and CSP

After seeing some recent unsolicited Chase auto-CLIs being reported, I decided to check mine 😬

A variety of mine are already on the high-end for Chase/JPM across several business + personal CCs so I did not expect any additional juice. Plus, I'm definitely not going to question their logic on being unsolicited and without a HP (gift horse in the mouth kinda thing) 😊

While I've seen some speculation floating around (i.e. 50% reported income vs exposure ceiling), it's been debunked in the past -- all things considered and profile-specific, of course.

The 2 that received auto-CLIs are Amazon and CSP. I have no idea when Amazon received its auto-CLI since I haven't checked/used that particular account as much since I shifted some of the spend onto the AmEx Amazon Prime business CC. It still got plenty of 'love', though 😜. The last time I checked, the CL was $25,500. The new CL is $45,500. Sometimes I get CMS alerts on CLI changes, but often times I don't really check them so I missed this one.

CSP must've received its auto-CLI sometime last week or so. Its previous limit was $36,000 (moderately used). At one point, the previous CL was higher, but I reallocated a portion to another CC sometime ago. New CL $61,000.

So, even if these are 'glitches' and Chase decides to rescind them, prior limits were still perfectly suitable for my needs 😃

Ha Ha @FinStar - Nothing better than a NICE BIG positive surprise so when no CMS alert became of interest (ya didnt check) on the Amazon you only missed the 'WHEN' they tacked on that nice increase. As for Chase CSP, whoa a lotta happy came onto that puppy. $61K is an eyeballing to $100K?

Even though the auto-clis seems to be random ... I do think it's kind of not fair. My chase card started off as a 1,000 student card (CLI 200 after 6 Paid on Time payment) and haven't moved since. Even after I PC it to the flex card after 1 year. The card is now 2 years old and haven't since it budged yet.

Hopefully, this auto-CLI 'train' runs for a while for plenty of folks 😜 and there may be a surprise for you! I certainly wasn't expecting it + the other cards are still intact. The Amazon auto-CLI has been running for a bit now.
