Chase Amazon after bk -update approved

So since I see some get approved here for this card with bankruptcy I am almost 7 years after bk and over 5/24

applied Last night and I got a message that it's in the review and I will hear a decision in two weeks?

I wonder if anyone knows if it's a good sign or it doesn't mean anything with chase ?

I called and I think it's the back door number I'm not sure if it is There is a diff number they said it's still in review

It could go either way. You'll find DP's and post both ways. A lot of folks will say the 14 day message means approval and the 30 day message means denied. But I received the 14 day message and after 30 days it was denied only because I was over 5/24 as I had no BK and no baddies. Also some have been approved with more than 5/24 and some have not. There really is no rhyme or reason. No true way to know until you get an answer fro Chase.

this approval comes with having

over 7 cards in the last 24 months

I included chase in my bk

$2500 Limit

will this grow ?

also This is this opening me the door to get the other brand CHASE cards?

Question for the experts well this open the door to get other brands of CHASE cards in the future?

Congratulations on your Chase Amazon approval! Chase cards can get auto-CLIs with use. As for getting other Chase cards, I would suggest waiting until you are under 5/24 and your BK falls off. The Amazon card appears to have less strict UW than their other cards.

That's actually pretty amazing considering you burned Chase..

Maybe theyll give you their famous 50k increase😆

I cancelled my card before 1st year and seems I'm blacklisted for life lol so praise the credit givers for allowing you to not only break 5/24 but also bk and giving you another shot

Congrats on your approval, I was in a similar situation, I was at 10/24 (maybe 11/24 at the time can't recall), burned them for $7k in BK13, they didn't get any repayment because they did not file their claim in time. I was only 8 months post discharge when they approved me in early december for the amazon card. I have not tried any other products as none of their other cards really offer me anything I need at the moment and I am still over 5/24 so I am pretty sure that would be a no for me.

Once I ee the BK13 off my report next month for exp I am going to try for a CLI on the amazon card and see if I have any luck with growth.

The 5/24 rule with Chase does not apply to branded cards like Amazon and Southwest Airlines.

Yes it does. All cards are included in 5/24. Chase just makes exceptions on a case by case basis.
