Since joining MF in 2019, I've spent a lot of time obsessing and learning how to create/increase my credit health. I went from zero revolving accounts and buying vehicles from buy-here-pay-here lots to being approved for everything my little heart could ever desire. I've also taken what I've learned and shared that information with anyone around me that would listen... usually unsolicited. 😅

Today, DH was my target.

Approval #1: WF Active Cash approval $10K
Approval #2: BoA CLI sp from $10K -> $19K

EX F8: 816

Income: $80K

CL: $160K

UTI: 1%
DTI: 28%
AAoA: 6 yrs, 6 mo.

Since we started his journey in 2019, his score has gone up about 80 points and his credit limit availability increased about $130K. I seriously had no idea there was a way to even optimize scores. I always thought you get what you get.
