Amex CLI from $50K-$65K

I was surprised to get this amount without a tax request. I have a BOA with an $80K limit, this is my second highest card limit, it will be interesting to see if Chase or Citi gets generous.

I've been thinking about re-working my wallet here from having a wide variety of cards, to having just a few with nice fat limits (other than the carge cards of course).

Mind if I ask what the rest of your file looks like, and what the SL on that BOFA card was? My siggy is accurate and my anual income floats between $200-$240K/year, Id like to add BOFA into my wallet, but I don't want another card with a <$20K limit.

I'll be due for another CLI on the BCP in a month or so, and am hoping to get a nice one. I have been spending about $12k on it each month and paying it off in full before the statement cuts.

So my BOA started at $28K and then one day just went to $80K. I posted about it, and a Merrill Lynch financial advisor responded and said they were trying to go after all of my business. I have a few equity accounts with them that have a value around $250K and our annual household income is farily high, a tick above $400K. I do run about $8K a month between my Delta Reserve and Amex Gold card. Credit scores are around 830 and we really don't have much debt, one car loan and a vacation home, otherwise everything is paid off.

Interesting, thank you very much for the reply. I'll probably take a shot at a big CLI with the BCP, Ive been averaging $12k on it for the past few months, I'll give it another couple and try to hit them up for a big one. BofA is next up, I'll probably pull the trigger on that one if I can get the CLI I want on the BCP.
