NFCU CR CLI from 2K to 6K

I submitted a CLI request via the NFCU app on Tuesday (181 Days since card graduated from NRewards), gave me the 24 hour review notice. I heard nothing, so I called yesterday midday, and the CSR said it was declined, but it was definately not for being a little early on the request, and advised that I wait for the letter. I was skeptical and a little aggrivated so I submitted a new request an hour or so after calling the CSR, it went to 24 hour review. A couple hours later I checked the app, and the full 4K increase was showing in my available credit. That brings my CR to 6K and my platinum to 11.1K. Pretty happy!

It seems the Navy Federal CSR experience can vary wildly based on who you get on the phone. Glad to hear your persistence paid off! 👍
