I have had this card for about 5 months started with a $3,400 Credit Line. I tried less than a month ago for a CLI and was denied and they performed a HARD pull! I'm now in the garden and did not realize they would do a hard pull. So, now I have put a freeze on all my reports so this does not happen again.

I then decided to see what would happen now that they could not hard pull my report and to my somewhat suprise they approved a $1,500 increase without being able to HP my report! Thought that was interesting.

Freezing doesnt always lead to a favorable outcome.

Applying a freeze with a creditor you already do business with doesnt stop SPs HPs. They were able to use their last SP to give you the increase.

I closed my Jared card last week and they told me I had 30 days to decide if I want it open again. I called this past weekend and re-opened it. I only use it when there is a promo with 0% interest. I started with $1K and over time Jared provided two CLIs and now have a $5K limit. Give them time and Jared will provide a CLI.
