I applied at my Costco store a couple weeks ago and got the 7-10 day message, turned out to be declined without a hard pull, reason given was that i included a citibank card in my chapter 13 back in 2015, discharged 9/20. Today in the mail I received a pre selected invitation to apply and was approved, only 500$sl, which is fine, just surprised how quickly they changed their minds about me.
