Another Discover CLI

Another statement came in today so I tried the CLI button on the app. Approved for $1,000. Called for double tap but no luck this time around. I am now at $10,500 on this account.

Congrats! I have yet to have luck with their CLI button regardless of how my scores have increased and am stuck at $1,500 Lol

Yes I understand. It took me almost 5 years before getting any luck with Discover. Was stuck at 3k limit for 5 years while my other cards were between 15-25k. Last month something changed. I noticed when I charged the card and didn't pay it in full is when they finally gave me a nice increase. Good luck!

@ipmyf88 wow that is an interesting data point. I have my monthly utilities ($4-500) auto pay thru Disco and I pay in full every month before statement. I've never let a balance carry or report. I have not been able to get increases like I hear others do. $900 SL in 2016. $300 CLI in 2017, CLI to $6300 in 1/2021 (right after I got Chase FF to replace it and threatened to send it to hell) and finally a $500 bump around 6/21. They are a puzzle to me.

That's pretty cool. I got $1500 a few days ago to go to $10,500. I'll try for a CLI next month as well.
