CSP approved 4.5 years post BK! 5K Limit

Hey folks -

You might remember me from this post about a new CFF I was approved for 4 years post Bankruptcy: https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Card-Approvals/Chase-Freedom-Flex-4-years-post-BK/td-p/6574132.

Well..... yesterday, I decided to take a shot for the CSP as I've had my CFF for ~3 months and have put decent spend on it and PIF. I was declined right on approval due to my BK, after calling recon I spoke to a very nice agent who was confident in my approval. He informed me he had to send it to a manager for secondary review and roughly ~20 minutes later after our phone call I was approved for 5k!

I was 4/24 at the time.

Chase credit score: 709

Wow, congratulations. That is pretty uncommon with Chase. Do you think they're lightening up? Or are you just very charming?
