Random Unsolicited Dell-DFS CLI

I've had the Dell-DFS credit card with a SL of $4,500 for a couple years. Simply got it back then as part of my rebuilding and only used it once to buy a travel laptop that was on sale for $700 and PIF the next month. Last week I get notice that I had a CLI reporting to the Bureaus. Knowing full well that I had not ask for any CLI's and having been in the garden almost 9 months now I checked it. It was Dell showing an auto CLI from $4,500-$6,500. Funny thing too is Dell didn't and still hasn't even emailed me to let me know lol.
