Walmart Credit Limit Increase!!!!

I have had my walmart card not quite 4 months, on my 3rd statement (a few days after the statement was posted) I logged in an noticed my credit limit went from $400 to $1050!!! That is a big increase. Anybody else had such big increases in such short time?

congratz!!!!.. i got my walmart last may and auto increased it as well before the 3rd statement from $500 -- $900... chevron card $400--$700 and today, my gap card third statement cut from $200 --- $1000! isn't it amazing

That's amazing, I was with 600, 800, 1600, 2900.

What is the next CLI? 5800?

I went from 600 to 900. I currently am taking advantage of the 18 month promotion as well. This is one of my lowest CLs and my free transunion score is darn near 700. Hopefully in another few months I can break a thousand on this card! congrats on the CLI! GE has been pretty generous to me lately as well.

nice increase...I went from $400-850 today on Walmart and my JCP got a $200 increase as well...loving GE!

My Walmart went from $500 to $1000 and JCP from $800 to $1000 also a $200 increase! Very funny!!!

I went from $2000 to $5000 on my newly opened account, but I called in the request. I wonder if I will still get an automatic CLI when the account hits 4 months old Probably not. I think GE has a maximum amount in mind at approval and disburses it over a specific timeframe..unless you ask. I could be wrong, but it feels like that.

2k to 5k? Very successful sp cli! Interesting way to look at how they could possibly "disperse" the credit limit increases. I'd be curious to see how their increase and internal automated systems really work.

when I first got my WalMart, I didn't use it too much, so they started me with a small increase.

My progression:
600 > 800 > 2000 > 3000

It's been at $3000 for about two months.

walmart hasnt even generated a statement yet for me. (payment due on the 25th) for 3rd statement?

800 to 3k. apped and approved 7/28/12

I opened my Walmart Discover 11/11

Started with $1200 (thought that was a little small, given my other trade lines)

called in at 6 mo and requested invrease to 5K, only got $1800

called in at 9 mo and requested 5K again and got $5800 - go figure.

The CLI must have just hit my score. It bumped up from 806 to 811 today. I'm pretty happy.

Is Walmart still doing automatic increases? My third statement was cut yesterday and from what I have read they do automatic increases after that date. Is that still true?

Make a call in most cases you have to hit the luv button or call ...I like calling best
