Target Red Card CLI

Well, after all these years I've finally gotten a CLI on my Target Red Card! The card has been stuck at $2800 for a bit now. I noticed my overall available credit has gone up through a few reporting agencies, but I figured that was from an AU card that had gotten a CLI.

I logged in today to check my statement and was very surprised to see my credit line had gone from $2800 to $5000. I've let balances post and not let balances post. The only thing I've always done has been to update my income each month.

No word if it's been changed to the MC version though. 🤷

Congratulations! Like you and everyone else, I'm stuck at a low limit on this card as well. I wish Target would partner with another bank, because TD just isn't cardholder friendly.

Typically, when the CL reaches $4000, the store card converts to the MC.

Thus, I will congratulate you on your upgrade now @Adkins.
