Synchrony bank paypal mastercard black box this time approved for 5K increase to 25K limit.

Hi last month requested an increase on my Paypal mastercard account from 20K to 25K which was 90 days after last increase, was not approved got digital letter which said your max credit limit for this type account.

To day I was board so I called credit solutions and requested increase of 5K to total of 25K, was ask the usual questions but this time did not get immedate rejection but rep said I going to put you on hold for about 2 minutes, she took about 5 minutes cane back on line said you been approved for 5K increase to total cl of 25K., now happy got my fix in for the month. Total credit limit is now 296.350 with about 500 dollars oweing not much use on the Paypal mastercard fico scores all over 810 income 88K.

Here is the email I just got from Synchrony bank.

Here are the details:

New Credit Limit:	$25,000.00

There is nothing else you need to do. Your new credit limit is already available for use to get more cash back.

Open the PayPal app or visit paypal.com to view your account.

I don't understand synchrony bank I gets august is lucky month for me.

What I mean by black box is ther AI and the computer system that makes decision to approve or not to approve. Last month when I ask for credit increase the decision was no because I had reach the nax limit for this type of account, why not say you do not have enough time between credit increase, it looks like that 4 months is magic number to get an increase. On other posts I said that Synchrony has changether policy, now it looks like that is not correct you can go over 20K on the Paypal mastercard accounts, also keep your scores high don't let them drop below 700 if you do not want Synchrony to close you down.

I thought there was a limit to what you can ask for SP CLI online for PPMC, and if you want more, you have to call. It used to be $10k, and then a while back they increased it to $20k online. Any increases beyond that require a call and possible HP.

Yes you need to call in if you want to go over 20K, no hard pulls until to you go over 35K and you will need Poi at that point so you can go up to 35K with soft pull only, the phone number to call in is 877
