Happy Birthday from Barclays!!!

Oh don't mind me just here for the 5k CLUB!!! Honestly never thought I'd be here but Barclay took me from $2600 to $5000 today on my rewards master card!!! I verified my bday and the CSR told me happy bday (yesterday) he said he had great news, my limit is now 5k! I never could have done this without the help from these boards, thanks to everybody here!

Happy birthday and congrats! Hitting $5k is a very big deal.

It's so great that no matter where we are on our personal credit journeys the people on these boards are so helpful at getting us there. Whether we're trying to get above a 500 credit score, or trying to hit 800, whether we're desperate for our first card or fearful that we may have too much credit, whether we're trying to get our cc limits to $500 or $1,000 or $5,000 or hit five figures for the first time, the people here can always guide the way.

Thanks again everybody, its still a bit like a dream. Never thought I'd see a credit card with 5k limit, not sure why its such a big deal but for some reason it feels awesome Thanks for the Bday wishes as well thats one number I wish could go down!!!

Thanks missmoni and wander! Still trying to process, probably wont be using the card for anything but gas until my DG and I take a vacation end of the year but it sure is tempting to get myself a bday present
