Totally had zero plans to add anymore cc's to my portfolio until after the first of the year, but, late at night, feeling a little lucky, a little chocolate cream tequila, and I just got approved for two more cards. One of them is ok, the other isn't really going to be all that useful until I can grow it.

I got a Discover BT card($4k) which isn't bad, but the two cards I left with balances are more than $4k, so...

I also got the Citi Diamond Preferred, but the sl is even worse($1k). I really can't do anything with that card.

Having whined about the limits, I am grateful to both Discover and Citibank as they have been good to me for the last few weeks. Discover gave me a decent cli on my current Chrome card, and then gave me another card today! Citibank gave me a card a few weeks ago with a decent sl, and then gave me another card today, albeit with a very low sl. Overall, I'm pleased. I thought I was going to waste a couple of hp's for a couple of denials, but would ya' look at that, I just lowered my cc util by $5k!

If anyone needs me, I WILL be in the garden...

Well, the Disco it BT card is essentially the same as the Cash Back card so that's a great 5% rotating card, even after the BT period.

The Diamond Preferred, yeah, not so useful after the low APR intro period.

Would that be possible fodder into a CCC a year from now?
