Chase Sapphire Reserve - Approved after Recon

I was just approved for a Chase Sapphire Reserve after a lengthy recon. Finally, my brand new personal banker at the local branch got to the bottom of issues that have plagued me since first signing up with Chase for checking in 2019. See thread link here: Recon Thread

It was an ordeal but my new banker who I met with late last week really dove into this and fixed all issues with various back channel only Chase Department. Finally, great customer service. He got the card approved and hopefully I can grow it. I am finally in with Chase on the personal side with an Infinite Card which will be a nice points portal for planned Ink cards for the DW and I.

Applied 9/27 (4 days after Ink Premier approval)

Approved 10/23

TU: Pulled 755 initially 3/24

EX 751

TU: Pulled during Recon: 785 1/24

DTI 9%

SL: $10k

APR: 29.49% (geesh)

Finally, someone listened and cared enough to put in the effort. It was a three year ordeal with fraud alerts, random no online access etc. It was all unresolved and a mystery until this guy decided to get it fixed. My Premier approval was surprising but it kick-started getting the issue fixed.
