CHASE Sapphire Preferred and Wells Fargo Active Cash Rewards Card

Hi everyone!

I was approved today for CHASE Sapphire preferred (CL $5,000) and Wells Fargo Active Cash Rewards (CL $12,000) cards. Chase pulled TU (FICO 8 score of 745) and Wells Fargo pulled both TU and Equifax (Equifax I don't know my fico but should be >745 since I have less inquiries in my equifax report), Of note, I completed a DMP back in 01/2023 (had included Chase, BofA, Cap One, AMEX, Discover, Citi). AMEX doesn't consider any applications for 12mo after completing a DMP (they don't do a hard pull).

Current credit cards: Applecard GS $4,300, Chase Southwest $2,000, Mission Lane $1,600, Capital One Quicksilver $500, SoFi $5,000, Paypal Credit $2,200, Paypal Mastercard $600, Amazon Store Card $100.

Paying off my balances along with a significant increase of my income helped me I think to get back with Chase so quickly after completing my DMP. Will garden for a while now.
