AMEX Hilton 3x CLI

I went online today and was instantly approved for 3x limit of $9k. I've had my Hilton card since 2018 and received my first 3x approval back in April from $1000 to $3000. I made another request in July and was denied. I had notated to reapply last month (90 days from decline) but decided to wait another 30 days after some heavier than usual travel spend last month and PIF.

I have been with Amex since 1986 and currently have the Amex Delta Skymiles Reserve card with a $75K limit. All my credit scores are in the low 700s...

Back in April this year I applied for the Amex Hilton Honors and was approved with a $1K limit, decided to test the waters in early October for a CLI and (what the hell) requested $5K instead of 3K and was immediately hit with income verification request.

I simply let the request expire in 3 weeks and now I have the opportunity to try again... meanwhile I have been using the card to show activity. So, I want to try again for a 3X CLI... any advice?
