USAA Rate Advantage 20k

Between a house remodel and some car upgrades I was looking for some 0% options. Been a full USAA member but not using them for anything.

Decided to try the Platinum card since its got a long 0% offer. Instant approval 20k.

rough stats,

Pulled EX in VA (ex8 is 777, ex3 was used, 734)

income ~400k

20% util

new auto loan opened last month

Would love another complimentary 0% intro card to pair with, but I figured this is a good start.

They likely pulled your EX and also likely haven't rushed to report it so if you're in good shape on your TU without a lot of new accounts, I would suggest USBank for the other 0%BT offer...they will more than likely pull TU

Congrats on your USAA approval and terrific SL I have found them to be generous with limit increase reqeuests after 6 months as well with a HP...just FYI.

I ended up doing Wells Fargo reflect with its 21 month 0%, that was instant 12.5k. I have called into request 20k on that, was told it gets pushed to a manual review and I should know within a week of the decision. My letter in the mail today said score was 776 at the time of the pull. EQ I think

So whats my trifecta?

I did add the Scwab Platinum to my Amex spread (Plat, Gold, BCP, Biz Plat, Blue Biz Plus) recently, but thats no pull. I have about a million points I may just transfer over to my brokerage.

USAA was Ex

WF was EQ

Do I go for a 0% TU card or is there something better out there?

My TU has a lot of hits from NFCU lately.

I got an Elan BMW offer in the mail and that has 0%...

Got the letter about the CLI, only reason listed was lack of experience with account, so they don't want to reconsider the opening limit until I use the card some. Fair enough, don't konw WF maybe they will auto CLI after a while.
