Hi all,

Apped for this 06/21/24; $300 bonus after $500 each month for first 3 months after opening ($1500 ttl), today I signed and sent the docs back. Have a great day and holiday to all!!!

Some stats for those of you who want them

2% overall util

2 points each buck, its not true 2% card, returns .625 of each cent (48k points is 300 cash)

2 cards of 18 showing a balance

1 inq in 12 months on EX, this is who they pulled

823 Fico 8 Mortgage Score

Questions:

1. Why apply for it if it's only really a 1.5% cash back card?

2. Isn't 5k a low starting limit for someone with your credentials?

3. Am I correct to deduce that this is a very conservative lender? (I've been declined by them, myself, but my credentials

were lousy compared to yours. However if they are very conservative, I may just drop them.)

4. It's unclear to me what score they pulled. Is it EX FICO 8? Or is it the EX FICO mortgage score?
