Target approved month after closing, higher limit

Target would not increase my limit no matter what I tried. After four years I had enough. I closed the account in September let the October statement cut with zero balance and report closed. I reapplied yesterday instant approval $1,500 and a $50 sub, old limit was $300 previous Target limit before that one eight years ago was $500

while not for everyone I have a zillion inquiries already so didn't care about more and I am happy with the outcome.

I have the same issue, 300 for the past 2 years, so I just applied for the target debit card, same benefits, tied to checking, but I pay off monthly so no interest ever
