AMEX Gold 100K MR SUB Approval // NPSL

I got approved for the gold card following a targeted email offer.

I was honestly planning on waiting a year or so to get this card so that the fees would be waived by their military policy, but this deal seemed too good to pass up. AFAIK, this is the highest offer they've had for this card (I only did a small amount of research). I had just upgraded my Cash Magnet to a BCP, so as soon as I finish that upgrade bonus, I will focus on this card. If I hit this SUB, it will easily cover the annual fee of the one year I will be paying for it.

I know patience pays off, but temptation got me this time. In my lineup, I now have $815 of annual fees, and it should be the last year I have to pay for any of them.

I'll be taking a break from applying for any new cards until around the end of the year (I think, never really know).

It's a nice offer, I got the same one yesterday. Being the card is of little use to me I'm going to pass on it, congratulations on your Gold approval!

I just opened an offer for a biz gold, 125,000 points. The $15,000 spend in 3 months leaves me out.
