Citi (Costco) CLI - $13.5k > $16.5k

I have had a Citi card for Costco purchases for the last 8 years (since I have been a Costco member). Almost always paid in full, no late payments, sometimes let a balance run over. I spent $16k at Costco last year, so the card definitely gets used. I was hoping for a solid number like $20k, but no dice. I will take $16.5k and try again in the future. Unless anybody here has any guidance regarding possibly calling Citi and asking for a specific limit?

Credit scores are for all three are 790+, sometimes hitting above 800. Household income was $105k last year. No bad marks on my credit, and oldest account is a 13 year old Capital One line.

Congrats on the CLI and just keep checking every 6 months. It will continue to grow over time and sometimes the CLIs are bigger than others.

This is what I have seen on this subforum regarding Citi. I will try again in August or September and see what I can get.

If you want some datapoints, my six CLI's on my Costco were: 3k > 1.5k > 1.5k > 1.5k > 1.5k >1.5k
