Chase Freedom Unlimited + BILT approval!

I wanted to add the chase freedom unilimited for my catch all card since I have the Sapphire Preffered and the BILT to pay rent. Also getting use out of the 0% APR on the freedom will be really nice for some upcoming expenses.

Approved for $4800 on the Freedom

$6000 on BILT.

Definitely a good day, but I might not be done haha

EDIT*** - Just went for the Venture X after Pre-Approval. 10k limit. Booking one flight or hotel stay a year basically makes this free. But, we will see how the first year goes.

I also was pre approved for the Capital One Venture X and am thinking of doing it for at least the first year. Getting global entry and the sign up bonus. Then making a decision next year whether to keep it or downgrade it. The other option is the US Bank Altitude Connect for the global entry and $0 AF. Anyone have any insight on what would be good here.

I do also have the AMEX Gold already and CSP. I have a quicksilver with capital one, but I am just not sure how well people are liking C1 when it comes to travel.

make sure you grab a new pre-approval before applying for the VX if you are going to.

Your pre-approval I assume was based on your credit without those two credit inquires on there?

I would use a different pre-approval link to see if you're still pre-approved. if you use the same link, the result won't change, regardless of if you're still pre-approved or not.

so I would use one of these, whichever one you didn't use before to check if you are pre-approved:

Congrats but remember that Chase doesn't like to be included in sprees and has been known to cancel cards when they are. Keep your fingers crossed...
