I've had my Rate Advantage card for about 9 months now and am still carrying a 0 intro rate balance so decided to pull the trigger and take a hard pull to get a increase. I was pleased to get a 7k increase bringing my total limit to 15k. Despite the hard pulls they have always been worth it for me with USAA since this almost doubled my limit. Worth it. Woo Hoo!!! 🎉

I was approved 2 months ago with $2k CL and Ch13 DC in 10/2024.

I think I'll leave mine alone until it it falls off my CRs 😀

@Vinjints Thank you. And I have found USAA to be very generous when it comes to starting lines and increases. I've never been turned down for a increase, and the smallest one I've ever gotten was 4k, so overall I've had great luck with them. I see you have one too 😊

I do. And have never once asked for a CLI from them. Just got a car loan in April with them, and plan on taking the HP hit towards the end of the year for the card. Wish I could PC to something with better rewards though.

Just wanted to add here...while I was in Japan (last week), I received an email from USAA that they had increase my CL on my $2k CC. It was increased to $7k and had $0 balance when this happened.

Just sharing as data points :-)
