Approved! AAA Daily Advantage Signature Visa

As my credit profile improves, I've eliminated some cards and had some others go by the wayside (PenFed decreased my gold card from $2,500 to $500, and I closed it. And they just CLD'd my Power Cash Rewards from $3,500 to $2,000. I'll hang on to it for now but, we'll see.

In my attempt to get a good all-around card, I app'd for the Fidelity card a couple of months ago and was denied.

Today, I read about the AAA Signature card and decided to go for it. Approved for $2,700.

eta: EQ, score pulled was 664

I have the travel version, put some use on it and it will grow, I request every 4 months like clockwork!

Congrats to you. I don't have any (negative) experience with Comenity/Bread, but it seems like a great card that covers plenty of useful categories. Hoping it's one that sticks around for a while.

Good to know that there's growth opportunity!

I've never had issues in my previous credit life (lol) with Comenity! All I have with them now is LOFT, and they just increased my limit to $3k (which is crazy).

I know they can get spooked and shut people down, but other creditors can switch up too.

Congrats on the new card! And PenFed is frustrating... As a veteran I want to take advantage of having an account w/them but they don't seem consistent in working with them.

PenFed has been so frustrating to deal with. Idk what they want. Whatever it is, I fear I may never know.

I'll hang on to the Cash Rewards unless the reduce the limit some more. It's my lowest APR for now.

Congratulations @MrsCHX, it's a great card and does grow quickly (IME sometimes HP CLIs, sometimes SP CLIs).

Penfed is frustrating, they turned me down with a score of 850.

I got the Aven 3% card, it seems to be a pretty good catchall.
