I joined BCU through the Life money loop hole they have shown me nothing but love I know some people were disappointed with them. Another note with BCU the HP is good for 30 days so grab all products u want at one time.

$35K I got 5.99 %here is the cool part if u have a credit card one purchase a month and direct deposit $1K a month. For a 1% rate reduction super easy so my final rate is 4.99%

I'm trying to understand what you did with the BCU approval so I can hopefully repeat something similar myself. Every detail helps a lot if you don’t mind sharing.

About what were your FICO scores when you applied?
Any recent inquiries or new accounts in the previous 6 months?
Were you carrying balances or mostly low utilization/AZEO?
Which bureau did BCU hard pull for you?

Relationship with BCU
5. Roughly how much did you deposit when you joined?
6. Did you start the direct deposit immediately or after approvals?
7. Did you actively use the account before applying or basically open and apply?
8. Since you mentioned joining through the Life Money loophole, are you outside their normal field of membership?

Timing
9. Did you apply for everything the same day to use the 30 day HP window or spread it out?

Strategy
10. Did you speak with a loan officer or do it all online?
11. Anything specific you think helped build trust with them?

BCU doesn't use Fico they use Transunion Vantage 4 u can get this score for free by signing up for a free onepay account. 2 Inq in last 6 months 3 small balances on 3 cards overall utilization 1% they only pull TU.

I didn't deposit anything when joining no money with them. When I 1st joined a while back I just apped membership and credit card. They are not Inq sensitive and on this spree I apped 2 items same day credit card 5 days later.

Since they use the TU Vantage 4 score, what was yours around the time you applied?
So you never set up direct deposit or ran regular transactions to season the account before this spree?
About how long after your initial approval did you do the rest of the apps?
Did you apply in person, through a virtual meeting, or all online?
Also curious, what income did you put on the applications and did they require any manual income verification at any point?
