Hi All,

Just wanted to say thanks for all the great reads in this forum. Slowly rebuilding my credit. TU 679/EQ 689/EX 742. I've been afraid to try for a new card. I have three now, Cap One $(30/500 CL) Merrick ($350/1550 CL) Credit One ($1600/2450 CL). My UTI is ardound 34% (from a high of 90ish).

Well, just now, I grew a set and decided to go for the Chase Slate. I was approved for $3000. So CHEERS to all of you for the great tips, insight and inspiration that you have provided, even though you may not know it. YOU GUYS, AND GALS, ROCK!!!

And yes, I am heading to the garden. I want that mortgage!!!

It sounds like you are definitely on the right path for getting that mortgage! Congrats on the new Slate card and Happy gardening.

Congrats on the slate! It's a great balance transfer card, you should look at moving that credit one balance to get it paid off!

Congrats on the approval and goodluck on that morgage. I too just eneter gardening hope till 6/2015, need that morgage too. We can DO IT.
