App'd for the Chase United Plus - got the 30 day email. HP TU and EX...score actually went up on EX 5 points to 730...wish me luck...really want this one...

Based on my experience you got approved if you got the 30 day message. You just might have to call verification and go through that process. Good luck.

She still says 7-10 days. Should I call app status and ask someone if they need to verify any documentation...might not be good...I've read the posts that say to wait...

One thing I forgot to ask what is your scores look like for all three credit bureaus how many inquiries and how many new accounts do you have in the past two years?

706-EQ 711-TU 730-EX. 0 new accounts last 2 years, 5 inquiries on TU last 2 years, none within last 6 months...; util less than 30%; going much lower due to new CLI on Walmart and Sam's. Should be around 10% later this month...

Based on what you wrote out I would see no problem with you getting approved but there are no guarantees so my suggestion is to keep calling the application status line. Do not talk to anybody especially NOT the lending department because that will get you declined real quick so if I was you I would just wait it out.

I'd call verifications str8 and ask about the status of your application. Why go thru the run around?

Both my United then my Ritz took almost 30 days for approval. I had to do address verification for both....why I had to do it again for the Ritz application I have no clue. I did call the verification department who told me lending had my application for the Ritz card but they were already closed so she just gave me their #. I know not to talk to lending so I just rode it out and at the 25ish day mark the application was approved.

FYI my robo lady status went from 30 days then after about a week or so it went to 7-10 days then went to approved later.
