I got a letter complete with access code and registgration code to apply for this card. 0% intro until October and 13.99-19.99 after that. Is this a pre-qualified offer? It doesn't say so but its a card I have wanted for awhile and never app'd because I figured I would get denied. This is the first app in the mail I have gotten targeted directly at me but this is also the highest my scores have ever been in 28 years. I want to app it becuase of the 0% BT its offering. Also, does anyone know who FNBO pulls through?

The APR range given means that it's not a preapproval. They usually pull EX

That is what I thought. I trashed it. I think the CCC score should take a hit everytime they send a "reservation code" and you get denied. lol. Maybe then they would put a little more effort into their mailings.
