Chase Marriot - Verification Call/Approval

Current Chase Freedom customer less than a year. (only $500 limit, smallest credit line but i rarely use it)

Apped for Marriot today 4/12 and got the online 7-10 day message.

called the automated number and got the 2 weeks message

and called the UW to see if its being held just for verification purposes, sent me over to the woman who sent a text to verify it was me applying,

she stated she is endorsing the card for approval and verified the address I wanted my card shipped to.

701 TU 672 EX scores, not sure who was pulled yet.

Sounds like an approval as she stated shes endorsing it for approval and told me when to expect the card.

20+ inquiries on EX 11 TU and 1% utilization on 40k available credit. 1 baddie on each report otherwise perfect payment history.

Best strategy for Chase is to not call in and to wait it out. You will see many situations on the forums here where calling in to Chase UW has not ended in a positive result.
