True value gave me $500, that was my biggest SL for a Comenity card.

Thanks. Lenovo didn't pop but Motorola did for $1500.

I'm not gonna be applying for a card for a long while and thought I would try SCT for the hell of it.

This weekend:

Wayfair $2700

Overstock $2700

Motorola $1500

Frontgate $2500

Total: $9400

CCT Score as of today: EX 682 EQ 671 TU 651

It depends on profile but I can give you the stats I got from last year..
Overstock 2500, now 3900
Sportsmans guide 2500
Jcrew 1200
Wayfair 1200
Hsn 2000
Truevalue 500, auto clis to 750 second month.

It's nice to know how much they like you but if you choose to accept any, get ones you're going to actually use, second of all consider only cards that offer special financing options, saving money should be equally if not more important than building a score and the last reason to consider is if it actually grows. once you establish year of history with them the doors open up. I still keep a few around for the 0% interest. It's just as foolish to apply for a new prime card every time you want something big when you have options already available.

Sportsman Guide $5,000 (just got that one)

Are you SURE about that? Ive never ever heard of a SCT with Barclays.. that is a Comenity thing

Just tried moto, Madea custome phone, $495...went to cart, checked out as guest, intered my info and like nothing the pop up.

I recieved $1,500 and then didnt buy anything.

SCT works for me.

I recieved

NY&CO, overstock, wayfair, buckle, VS, MOTO....i think thats it via SCT

I've just gotten 3 over the past 2 weeks and each was $2,000...Overstock, West Elm and Frontgate. I actually applied for a Visa from Comenity, but never got a response and then received these just pre-approved. I think they are not so stingy with their store cards. My credit scores are slowly going up, but myfico and credit karma still haven't registered that I paid off all my cards mid-April, so once my score goes up, I'm hoping to get another good Visa. I'm about to move back to California and would like for my scores to be high when I do and also to have some good credit just in case employment isn't found right away. Don't really need anymore store cards, but I did want the one from Frontgate!

The Barclays thing isn't a traditional SCT pre-approval the way Comenity is, but it's sort of a pre-qualified thing. I got it with their Williams-Sonoma Visa card last year, but much like Comenity's Visas and Mastercards are now, it is technically an application with a hard pull on your report. That being said, it was solid and I was instantly approved, despite having been declined for the Barclays Rewards card a few weeks prior. They gave me a SL of $2K, which jumped to $4500 at the six-month mark. It's been a good card.

yea sorry didnt understand what SCT is fully until after this post. But he did pull a awesome $1500 barclays when buying an Ipad.
