Any idea if its bad or not or how to proceed? Talked w the reps said its just under review they dont need anything and its not denied or approved yet.

Unfortunately, all you can do is sit and wait. Maybe search the threads here and see what types of approvals/denials there have recently been and maybe get more of a sense on how this waiting process usually plays out with them. Best of luck to you though.
