Yesterday, my Experian Fico 8 was 707. I applied for Blue Cash Everyday.

I saw a message:

Thank you for applying for the Blue Cash Everyday from American Express. Your application has been received and will be processed as soon as possible and we will notify you of the decision by mail within 14 days.

Today, I recievd follwoing email:

We are excited that you've decided to apply for the Blue Cash Everyday from American Express, and we're reviewing your application now. We promise to let you know when we're finished, or if we need more information.

While we're reviewing your application, please don't apply for another Blue Cash Everyday® from American Express. Thank you for your interest in American Express

Is there any chance? or it means a reject?

Of course there's a chance! 707 is a good score I see a lot of peeps getting approved with a lot less. I have been denied outright everytime I have applied......usually for tmany inquiries. What else is your account like? Any baddies, charge offs, BK? They do not go by score alone.....a lot of stuff is factored in.

I was apporved for the BCE with a 707 EX and thin file. 10 mos longest revolving acct. Approved for $9.9k.

I think you have a great chance. I got my BCE with an EX FICO 8 (slightly) below 700, and about 9 months of credit history. Good luck!

I received the same message when applied...14 days. It's verification, I called in and was approved. Your chances are excellent IMO. Good luck.

You need to call in and they'll verify you and approve you on the spot.

If it is a decline they just decline you then and there 9 times out of 10.

She said that she cannot do anything. she will send my application to executive office. It takes 7 to 10 business days!

My status changed from pending to Cancelled.

when I click on "To view the full decision details click here", I see

Sorry, your application cannot be accessed.
Please try again later.

I called agaign. He said that it is not cancelled. A special team work on my application!!! They will call me in few days and give me more details about it!

What is difference between cancelled and denied?

Today, I recievd a mail which state that:

We need to confirm your total annual income. Please complete the enclosed 4506-T form. ...

- In line 6 please requaest tax form "1040" and check the box at the end of line 6a.

I am a student and my taxable income (amount in 1040) is very low. In application, I put an amount that I can show document for it but it is not taxable.

what do you suggest? If they will reject me, I would not send it.

They are reviewing to see if you can pay your bill. If you have a form of income that is not taxable, let them know about that as well.

I would say send it in and tell them about the other income. At this point you have already wasted the hard pull and you haven't been denied yet. So why give up?

Monday, I sent my documents to the address which is stated in the letter:

Salt Lake City, UT 84184

Today, USPS shows:

Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility

Yesterday, I called. Someone said that the address is not correct and I should send to a PO BOX.

I did not sand again.

Today, I called again. Someone asked few question about my ID, then hang out!

Immediately, I called again. some one else pick the phone. He hold on and checked my document. He said that they recieved my documents. He said that American Express only accept 1040 form as proof of income and they will not accept any other documents. He said that it take 7 to 10 business day to IRS responce to 4506-T form! After they reciveing 1040 from IRS, they need other 14 days to make a decision! i.e. 28 day from today!

Sounds like a headache so far. Hopefully in the end it's all worth it and you receive an approval.

Same thing happened to me. 14 day message. Called in and they asked a few questions. Approved. I don't think they pulled your credit yet until you verify. I could be wrong.
