I have a goREWARDS Signature VISA and did a CLI this afternoon. Late last year I did a CLI and got a 3-5 day message and it was a hard pull. Today I did the CLI and didn't get a 3-5 day message but a you request in under review. After looking on the forum about NFCU CLI, i read something if you dont get a 3-5 day message its a SP. Is this true? Also, not getting a 3-5 day message any good?

I believe a soft-pull would be the automatic CLI, which goes up to I believe $25k. After would be a hard-pull.

So any request $25K or higher is a Hard Pull?

Anything over 25K is automatic HP

what a lot of people do is request a cli and if it doesnt go through automatic they call and cancel the request to avoid hard pull

After signing in to NFCU and initiating a cli, I noticed a change in their process. I came here first to find any information relating to the change, however I haven't found anything yet.

I decided to place a call to Customer Service, to see if all request are hp's now, which she infomred me NFCU doesn't provide sp increases anymore.

I was wondering if anyone else has some new information, I'm not wasting two hp's to increase both of my NFCU CC's.

Does anyone have some new details?
